hey dela! i was wondering if you could answer my question cuz u seem to know wot ur talkin about! basically i have the 'mIRC' program, but the only problem is when i try to connect to a server e.g. Criten, the program always replies with 'Connecting to irc.criten.net (6667)' - * Unable to connect (Connection refused) why does this happen and wot can i do to solve this problem? thanx in advance!
All servers can only handle so many people of they'll get flooded and can only handle so much traffic. Let mirc run and it will eventually connect, might have to try it a few times. TMD has moved to irc.renegadeirc.net or if that don't work .org they just moved recently and if gotten on so far immediately type /join #TMD-moviez to get on their channel
make sure you have Ident enabled too. does it start to connect then kick you off, or does it never even connect? Hopefully you resolved it by now but i just caught this one so i thought i'd take a peek
I AM TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THE NEW MATRIX FROM TMD MOVIEZ ok, i downloaded/installed mIRC and i connected to the new server. Next I typed in: /join #TMD-moviez (in the main window) and then i pressed enter. Anothr window poped up for about 2 sec and then said i had been booted from the server because it was not for use, but for the few seconds it was up, i saw that pople where in it. PLEASE I NEED HELP ON HOW TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM!
i tried what grc788 said, but it keeps saying: Unable to Connect (Connection Refused) do ya how to get this to work?
Skuby451--edit that post before you get banned, there is no discussion of piracy tolerated here and that is clearly a post about piracy (downloading movies). i hope you get this before a mod see's it
