missing channel

    i have lost racing uk from my starview box.can anyone help?

    The Racing channel...If you delete the one you have and then go to installation, input 402.000 and manual scan it you will get it back!

    can you advise how to delete an individual channel?
    and where do i input 402.000

    Go to the channel, press menu, then channel edit, at the bottom you will see a blue option, press this you will see a red line going through the channel this deletes it, then exit and press menu again , instalation, go to manual,press, input the number 402.000 and it will scan, and your programme will be back!
