missing channels-can anybody help

i did a factory rest on my dreambox 500c yesterday because of a problem with it and since it scanned there are channels missing

i did bruteforce uk

paramount channel
paramount 2

sky movies
skymovies +1
disney channel
disney channel +1
disney cinemagic

and quite a few others

does anybody know what wrong and can help

Where are you located?

 

i have a replay lite box and all the channels have gone . im in bham and its tele pest. went into factory settins and reloaded and only got bbc channels . my dad has same problem anybody help ?

 

im located in yorkshire, huddersfield and im with virgin media

The boxes have gone down

 

my box is fine, hasnt gone down yet, just trnsponder scan isnt picking them up on dreambox 500c

 

the service providers are having a few probs, the basic cable was even gone so you won't get any channels if this is the case.

 

is this why the transponder isnt picking up all channels

 

lee don't really know i'm in ireland and we hav'nt had any problems today, but reading through other posts a lot of boxes are down and someone said VM provider is down,

 

There has been disruption throughout UK - VM.
