Missing Channels on the box.

    Hi

    I hope somebody can help me. Some of the channels are are saying scrambled or bad channel. I have a few channels like RTE1 but not RTE2, Paramount +1 but not Paramount. I have also tried rescanning but nothing changed. I tried checking the EMU but 1570 does not work on this box. I am on NTL in Dublin. I asked a neighbour who also has one and they have no problems.

    What box, is it Starview 2 The Box, if it is and you have the latest fix on it then try Menu and OK on Parental Control enter 2004, then press the INFO button and enter 2004 again and the Cas System menu should appear, and check the Key Emu is ON. But it would be better if you made clear what box you are referring to, I am only assuming you have the Starview 2 The Box.

    Thank you for your reply. It is the box so I will try inputting what you have advised and hopfilly it will fix it.
