missing channels

can anyone tell me why i am missing nearly all my channels and how do i solve the problem,thank you.

 

go to manual scan and enable network scan then press ok you should get your channels back.

tried it and theres no difference,still missing most of my channels

 

try an auto scan of your provider if that doesn't work try scanning the other providers.
