Missing channels

Why am I missing so many channels when they were working fine in Monday? Did something happen?

 

What sats?

 

I have the coolsat 5000 platinum all I'm getting is a few of the kids channels and a few other 1500 thats it

 

If you are on dn I don't know what your problem is. If you are on b3v, they are hitting you with a new ecm and it may take a couple of months to fix. Sit tight.

B3V has just disabled all PPV and Porn on plastic, atmega and Most FTA's (some FTA

still has porn). Expect more channels to drop as time goes by. This is all tied to the

new ECM (higher encrypted CMD07 and dynamic routines for keys). Dishnet is sure to

follow suit soon as well. There are NO new fixes and do NOT expect one too quickly.

This will not be a simple key change. This is going to take some time.

I switched back to my Bell Express view and I am not getting any channels on it, what should I do now??

 

Be patient and wait. The last time this happened it took 3 months to fix. From what I am reading b3v is now black.

So even the original Bell Express view is down too? I thought it was only my coolsat 5000 platinum and other free to airs were down.

 

I still have my package with Bell I did not cancel it so is there anything I can do to fix it.

 

Bell is only down to fta, but not if you sub

 

Should I call Bell and ask them what to do??

 

If you have your bell box, hook it up and wait for a fix for your fta stb. Stealing tv with a fta stb is against the law. I would not call them and tell them I was trying to steal their signal and what was up with them.

 

I don't think I explained myself right. I have the Bell Express View 4100 plus the older one. I plugged them back in because my Coolsat is down, I have no channels except the how to use the system and the info stations. How do I fix them, I bought them through Bell.

 

If they are legit boxes and you purchased them thru bell and you are paying for a sub, I would call them and complain like crazy. I think with all the things they are doing, they are messing up some of their ligit subs.
