missing files in pgen

    when i download the sega emulator for ps2.it doesnt come with
    MODULES
    MUSIC
    INSTALL.CNF
    PGEN1OB.ELF
    SYSTEM.CNF

    all i get is the system,the elf, and a readme.

    any help?
