missing frequencies

ok, i've updated fimware, rescanned channels, all seems fine except i'm missing a couple of freguencies, 538.000, and 554.000.
i have repeated rescanned and cant stick em.
my symbol rate is 6.952
got eurovox max v.
any ideas folks?

 

bringing this back up cos one of the missing channels is disney and kids are screaming at me to get it back on.
appreciate some help

 

do a full scan instead of a power scan

 

i should have been more specific in my post, i hae been doing full scans (yellow button) but still these frequencies aren't showing

 

I know your in the UK , can you tell me what Ex provider you are with

 

ex c&w manchester area 5c 01

 

ok i brought my box downstairs, plugged main feed cable in (instead of split off) rescanned and picked up all the frequencies.
kids are happy now.
