My old computer crashed, on which I purchased games for my 80 GB iPod, and I bought a new HP (with Vista) and loaded iTunes on it. When I connected the iPod up to the HP for the first time, everything went as I expected and no major problems, expect when it came to the games. There was a prompt that asked me if I would like to transfer my games onto the computer. I replied yes. They do not appear on iTunes, but the game titles appear on the iPod. When I click on a game title on the iPod, it acts like it is trying to load it, but it stops and a prompt says something like the game can not be accessed and to contact tech support. I am not sure what I need to do. I don't know if I need to do something with the authorization of the new computer. I am fairly new to iTunes/iPod, so I may be missing something easy and obvious to most iTunes users. I am going on a trip in a couple of weeks and would really like to have these games on my iPod that I purchased. I appreciate anybody's help! Thank you in advance.

In iTunes, go to Store=>Check For Purchases. This should add all your purchased files that were lost into iTunes again.

That didn't work. It said that games could only be downloaded once. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.
