Missing Sky sports & some of sky movie channels

    Hi, I'm in scotland and have discovered that I no longer get sky sports and about half of sky movie channels. I have the firmware that automatically updates itself when the codes change. Can any help me out here, please?

    Do factory reset,rescan and switch EMU key on should be back
