    Highly recommended brand by everyone. Praised audio quality by some audiophiles.

    However, half of the ones I burned 4 years ago are becoming unreadable. both Mitsui SG and Mitsui Media, burned both with a Yamaha and a Teac drive.

    I haven't enough old CDRs from other brands to advice something else.
    I've got some Verbatim from 5 years ago that are OK, but some Mitsuis from 5 years ago are OK too.
    There is nothing visible on the optical side. No oxidation of the silver, no fingerprints, no scratches.
