Hi, I know if you get the mkvtoolnix and the mkvextract gui from www.matroska.org you can extract the different elements from the mkv file. I think this will leave the video-audio-subtitles seperate however. I am not for sure but I think if you have haali splitter and ffdshow installed you can load and convert them in a variety of encoding tools such as TMPG. Good luck
