mkv problems using tsmuxer i need the mkv god agian lol

mkv problems using tsmuxer, i have a large mkv i wanted to use on my ps3 well i muxed it with tsmuxer to m2ts and split in 4gig slices like i have alot before but this time the first peice plays fine but for some reason on the other five peices the video is gone i even checked with vlc player and only audio on the reamianing five chunks i looked at the video codec and its mpeg2 ive done alota files of the same makeup i just dont know why this is hapening the mkv plays fine before muxed on the vlc player but when muxed i loose video after the first chunk pls help anyone my email is *removed*
