.mkv to ps3 conversion problem

    I downloaded GOTSent and all the added software needed last night, installed it and ran it. The conversion stopped during the MP4Box section when windows said the progam stopped working and had to shut the program down. I ran through it a couple of times, the last time actually watching the dos windows as it was working. It seems that MP4Box quits working when it get to the video portion of the mp4 creation. Has anyone expierenced this problem and have you been able to correct this?
