Hi ihave bought an ariel downconverter from "iwantabox" in england they said it is the correct one for mmds in ireland i set it up but am unable to get any channels,has anybody else bought one of there and got it working Would love some help/replys please
is it the 4th picture from this site http://www.bubblesupplies.co.uk/cat...ellite-and-Cable/MMDS-Ariels-&-Power-Supply's the cable from the aerial on the roof goes into the bronze part call "DOWNCONVERTER" and the cable from the box goes into the bronze part called "TV" connect the box with a scart to tv all the rest is here on the site have a look around and if your box is is DIGIVOX - T you can read this http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/747535 PS...... is your downconverter 18 volt ??? maby you might need 24 volt check all you cables to see if there are connects right as well hope you get sorted soon a fellow on this site had the same problem an got a 24 volt downconverted BUT NEVER REPLIED maby he got sorted.............
