Anybody who's converting their DVD's to their mobile phone, pls say what method your using.
    I currently
rip the dvd with dvd shrink to my hard drive
then convert to mpeg using either movie jack 3 or DVDX 2.2

Then use Helix Producer Plus 9 to convert to .rm

I just have to ask: how much memory does your moblie phone have that it can hold an entire movie?

It's just I've never heard of anybody doing this, and I'd be curious how you are doing it. What model of phone is it? And special add ons?

The secret is I've got a symbian phone which has an MMC memory card. I've got a nokia N-gage but other people I know watch films on 3650, 6600 amongst others. Also I use 512Mb memory card when I've comprerssed the films they are aprox 40-70Mb so i put about 4 films on and 60 odd Mp3's.

They also reckon because these phone have realone players you can use GPRS to access TV station websites streaming video. Thoe unless you have free GPRS it will be very expensive!!!!!
