now when i connect my razr v3c to my computer via USB cable and then goto multimedia studio and try to transfer files from my phone to my computer. it freezes while copying, then shows a image of a phone wit a block signal. i put my mouse over it and it says mobile not connected. how do i fix this problem? also after its done freezin from copying, it says Communication link dropped from phone , then when i try again, it says processing failed.
I just started messing with MPT yesterday so i am no expert. I had the same problem with my laptop but worked on my desktop. Apparently the laptop wants to use the phone as a modem and this blocks using the USB port from connecting to do other stuff. I eventually got the MPT to load my USB cable driver from a Datapilot disc and now works fine on desktop but not laptop. Anybody now away around this? Sandy
