Mobile Phone Tools Transfer Question

Hey all, I have a motorola v300 phone, and i was just wondering why after i DL the phone tools, install it, go into the Multimedia studio, and try to Transfer photos and sounds to my phone. I click the transfer button and nothing happens, a lil box comes up for maybe 1/4 of a sec, but then nothing... I checked my phone in the picture section...but i didnt see anything.

Also: when i try to transfer the sounds, it says "Unsupported format - no conversion possible" Why is this when Im pretty sure that my phone supports this type of audio file?

i have the same problem when i tried to transfer pic or song to my V3. how can i solve this problem?

what is P2Kman? is it anyother software? where can i try it?

 

what is P2K? where can i download it?

 

make sure when ure savin the part of the song you want you saved it as mp3 then you go to werever you saved it and rename it then transfer
