Hi, I'm not chastising you but you need to read the forum!!! To get you started, you need to download MPT 1.23, update with 2.16 US without running 1.23 and then update over the internet to the last version, 3.25b. If you're still interested you'll find the links to download MPT but I must warn you, the download will be over 30 MB..... If you do decide I wish you luck

i had dat problem myself....if on the phonetool thing..it says initializing..on the screen of your phone tool..then you can't dl or transfer pic from phone to comp...you need to dl the modem or something...you should check with the other thread.."mpt software or something..."...oh yeah a question here....did you successfullly updated???...cuz i tried and it says error 12001 ....help..thanx...
