mod chip boot no hd

    will a mod chip boot a game without a hard drive pluged in the xbox

    Not sure, if it did you would obviously not be able to save. Why would you want to do this anyway??

    It is possible that you will get Error 8 or 9 for HD not found or some sort of Xbox HD communication problem with the Mobo. But hey, i'm just speculating!!! give it a shot anyways and tell us how it goes.

    I thought Xbox is like a computer.The operating system is installed on the hard drive,give it a shot anyway, you learn different things everyday....
