How do I become a member to Mod-chip.com??? I need to view a FULL installation manual for this. I am doing this myself, and would like to do it right the first time... I know what I am doing when it comes to soldering and things, I just need a FULL manual that does not leave anything out. I need step by step instructions, and full pictures, not close ups, that I can not tell what they are talking about!! I have a DMS4 mod chip..

If you dont have any solding experience, I recomman let someone do it for you, it happend to me, I broken my first PS2 just because to install a modchip. I bid a use PS2 from ebay and ship to http://www.geocities.com/pstwomods/ to installed the chip for me, they do a pretty good job, so far no problem at all.

    I agree with "wingcai"

I have my ps2 slim with matrix infinity and comsoft v4 laser fix installed by them about 3 months from now, play all my ps2 back up games perfectly.
I just got the HD connect kit, and looking forward to install.

    try the DMS Forums http://web02063.prolocation.net/phpBB2/index.php

But as state above. Unless you are REALLY sure about your soldering skills being top notch. Let a professional do it.
The wires are tiny and so are the soldering points, and there are 17 of them. And solder that hits the motherboard in the wrong place or bridges some spots will cause you a wolrd of problems or even a ruined PS2

there is a diagram here http://www.dms3.com/cgi-bin/dms4/si.../../dms4/downloads/Diagrams DMS4 Lite and Pro
