mod chip installers near Winnipeg?

    I'm looking for modchip installers in/near Winnipeg for my ps2, if anyone knows someone who can do it (professionally), please post it here.

    One more question, if i install the solderless DMS modchip on the ps2 slimline, will I need to install laser fix on it too?
