Mod chip wire.

    This is a stupid question but I don't really know the answer. If one wire is ripped off the place it's supposed to be at you just sauder it back in place right?

    wrong forum but yes it can tho depends on what it is attached to on both ends. 1 of my jobs on computers is soldering or desoldering components.
