I installed a duo 3 modchip and now the PS2 won't show anything. Just a blank screen. Ant suggestions? Also I purchased a moded PS2 overseas and when you try yo access the mempry card(all the time), and also some games the screeen will role like the end of a tv real. Any help on either of these problems would be great!
well with the modded one, it is most likely because the PS2 is from a different region then your TV Like if you are in the US and bought it from Europe then your TV is most likely NTSC and the PS2 is a PAL Two different screen rates which cause it to either show games in black and white or have a rolling screen. as far as the other one i would say that the install was not done correctly. Like possibly some bridged points or solder drip on your motherboard

ur modchip might have poor or no grounding. try using a thicker wire or solder 2 ground wires to one point and make sure it sticks firmly.
