Hello, i have looked for this on a search with no joy. but sorry if it has allready been covered. I bought a modbo 4.0 chip for my ps2 slim scph 75003 v15, the chip arrived with no diagrams so i found one online. The diagrams were spot on with the pcb in my ps2 and it even came with a update from the v14 to v15 (just a couple of different wire locations) but even though on the diagram it said modbo 4.0 the picture of the chip (on the diagram) showed omo 5.0 and there's a extra contact F on the omo 5.0 but not with my chip. when the modbo chip arrived it had with it a very little chip which i haven't got a clue what it's for and can't find any info on it, and as i have been waiting for a online chat with the company i bought it from for over a hour, i was hoping someone here could help. many thanks david
Well i might have sorted this now but i would still like other opinions just incase i'm wrong. the little chip is a mod to stop the laser from burning out on v9 v10 and v12, are these the only version that have this laser problem? and i found in one post elsewhere that the contact F is optional? david
what is the little chip with modbo 4.0..?for what thats little chip...?can you tell me how its work for..?
