modchip headache

hi fellas i'm a first time user of this forum here
but i had to join cause i'm having problems with getting online (on my ps2) because of my modchip
how can i get online without buying a new console
please reply... i can use some help with this!!!

 

which modchip are u using?

 

most chips you hold the reset or eject button from standby for 5 sec .

 

sorry i took so long to answer.....but i'm using an
apple 2 chip.

 

i dont think that chip has a sleep feature so you will need to install a swich or upgrade to a newer chip . but try putting the game in and turn the ps2 off , then turn it back on holding reset for 6 sec .

 

thank ....i'll try that if it doesnt work i'll just have to upgrade.
