modchip VS flashing the dvd-drive

    I'm wanta know if it's better to buy a premodified xbox360 with a modchip vs buying one and flashing the DVD-Drive.Will I have to swap disc With a modchip?

    Modded one is useless. Flashing your drive is way better if your looking to backup those scratched original games.

    Just flash it, here are some helpful tutorials

    I was told that the hardest part is learning how to take it apart, but there are several guides on the internet, just look for sites that sell replacement cases and they usually have instructions on how to install them.
