modchipstore.com problem

    Has anyone have this problem? I order M3 Perfect Adapter (Mini SD Version) and Passcard 3, + the card reader and they only ship me the M3 Perfect Adapter and the card reader but the package was missing the Pass card 3.     leave "support" a "ticket" via "contact us". they might get back to you in a timely matter. then wait and see if they contact you. wait like a week or so.

    if they don't in 2 or so weeks, go to the better business bureau. bbb should know who modchipstore is...

    hope everything gets resolved.

    I think I'm just gonna call my credit card company to deal with this. I did a quick search and wow so many complaints about modchipstore and some with complaints like mines. I wish I bought from another store... What store has a good reputation to buy from?

    good idea. the only other store i can think of is divineo.com (spelling?)

    just but the passcard3 from them.

    heh.. at least CONTACT them to see if they'll do anything. normally they'll be more than happy to fix problems for you.

    don't just leave it up to your credit card company.. thats just lame and bad online shopping tactics.

    i guarantee you.. ANY store will be more than happy to assist you before having to deal with your credit card company.

    I will give them a day to resolve this issue before I go to my credit card company. Hopefully they do.. but from reading the threads I found on google, it doesn't look too promising.

    I've personally ordered from them several times and never had any problems with them. But I don't know how good they are with resolving problems because I didn't have an issue.

    At least give them a chance to correct the problem. They do a lot of business so they probably don't want to lose your business. See what they say.

    So I receive a reply from them which is pretty quick. Here is the conversation. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that they made a mistake. Hopefully they resolve this issue.

    Hello, I did not receive "Pass Card 3" in the mail today when I receive my package. My package that I receive order today included only the M3 Perfect Adapter and the Card Reader. It was missing the "Pass Card 3".... Please can you let me know what is going on. I am very concern right now.

    Please contact me asap. I do not wish to elevate this to my credit card company, which I will if I do not receive a prompt reply by tomorrow evening. I hope to get this issue resolve soon. Thank you.

    I did not get the pass card 3 in the DHL envelope. I open the package myself and saw only 2 items. There was only the M3 Perfect Adapter and the Card Reader in the package. My order number #128***. Please resolve this issue, thank you.

    I will resolve the issue myself tomorrow with my credit card company, if the issue is not resolved by tomorrow and you can deal with my credit card company instead. I am very disappointed with your customer service response and procrastination.

    They tried to rip me off too and I have threatened to involve my credit card company as well if they do not refund my money.
