(hey everyone i'm my first post ) I bought my m3 simply from them and got confirmation that it arrived today. They had the ship date orginally listed as dec. 27 and then changed it to the 5th but it was shipped on the 2nd and arrived today, so at least it go here.
i pre-ordered the platinum combo [m3 ds simply and m3 lite perfect] from there. i sent everything 12/27/06. they should have recieved by now. no word from them. 127$$$ possibly gone... maybe it's best if credit/debit is used with them...?
well i oredered the m3 ds simply and used credit card and they got me order in... so i think u should contact them or see if ur mail got lose or sumthing... or just wait maybe it hasnt got there yet

4 days?!?! they're supposed to be using ground carriers (dhl) at the least (so 2 days at the most for shipping). maybe they're gonna use us postal. still... wtf!?!? also, i just went through their policies and such. a lot of holes there, not too informative unless your looking for basic stuff. and the buying part also doesn't have a clear confirmation page (just a button). must be why they have such a prevalent "cancel order" link when you fill out this ticket contact thing. i did all that checking after the fact i wasn't able to sign in using my sn, imnotashinobi, and my password. there should be a "retrieve sn/password" option somewhere just to make sure. i did manage to get in once today using the same sn/password combo (i copy and pasted to save time). a fluke? i wonder how long it would be before they close down? because the site needs to be better maintained or something to ensure better customer experience/satisfaction. so, yeah, i won't/can't reccommend them until i see how they handle my email and order. but it's still lookin bad... or am i just doomed beyond doom?
Yeah I have the same problem. It says shipped on the 5th and delivery on the 9th and I paid for a 2 Day Air Delivery. =/. I wanted it before I went back to school.
well they say they usually ship within 24 hours. which pretty much translates to "fast" if not in 24 hours for any option you take for shipping. but still factoring in the weekend, you went from 2day shipping to 3day shipping (i'm saying 3day because i'm including the 5th because that's when it was shipped as they said). yeah... lame. i bought the platinum combo [m3 simply and m3 lite perfect plus sd reader]. i also didn't get a microsd... which leads me to something interesting... "The only downer so far is that modchipstore had a Kingston SD card pictured in the item description and the one they sent me is a Transcend." - afterdawn user when doing a small review on the simply. "MicroSD Support for external storage. Choose your storage size and brand." - from modchipstore, in the description. and just one more thing... on the site, the deal for the m3 simply has a picture of a 1 GB kingston microsd bundled with it. however, there is a new deal that shows the simply bundled with a 2GB microsd. they just photoshopped out the brand name and 1GB size from the first picture. this way they can give us whatever 2 GB microsd they want. although... they'll probably do the same for the 1 GB one. edit: just noticed this, and i'm jealous/questionable... 2 days ahead, you see.
Well all i know i, if i don't get it on the ninth theres gonna be a big problem because i still have my receipt stored in my email, and do u guys think any microsd will work for it??, because i was going to buy a san disk of ebay and i keep on seeing other brands for a cheaper price
you guys need to realize - even if you choose 2 day shipping, you guys ordered on a Friday. DHL, UPS, and Fedex generally do not do ground shipments on the weekend, so if your order is shipped out on Friday, it probably wont be on the truck to your town til Monday since the weekend is off. Thats why 2 day select takes '4 days' -- the weekend is 2 of them. 5th = Friday (shipment date DEPENDING on the time you order) 6th & 7th = Sat/Sun = Weekend = off 8th = Monday (being processed, in transit) 9th = Tuesday (delivery date) All shipping companies are like this except the USPS, which does deliver on Saturday
no word from them yet. i contacted them friday, the 5th. re-contacted today, this time support department instead of shipping. maybe i'll get some help now. i reallly don't want to call them undependable and such because that would be bad for everyone involved. strange, i haven't had anything get lost in the mail going on 10 years now. even those times i forgot to seal the envelope... how'd that work? hope you guys enjoy your simplys... ~sigh~ maybe i could sell my place in line since its outta stock... damn, i wanted it first!!! i guess, i'll see what happens... about shipping: if it is confirmed before 6:00pm it will be processed the same day [most of the time with most places]. that's what i mean when i say 3day shipping, unless you guys ordered later.>_>

well, no one has gotten back to me yet... and i didn't order on the 5th. i contacted them about my order on the 5th. i sent payment through mail on the 27th of december. it should have been there by the 3rd at the very latest. damn, what's their number? i just keep getting caught in sending them little messages. which no one responds to because the live support is always offline. or maybe just offline when i'm on. what are their hours? blehhhhhhhh...... EDIT: had me so worried... yeah, so when dealing with them use credit/debit. and i was so troubled by the reviews they've been getting, especially from the Better Business Bureau since it's THE BBB. however, those reports have been done around 2003, the issues were probably resolved and they most likely hired more people or something. i'd buy from them again [with credit/debit card]. if only for the prices. =P
i'm thinking to buy another m3 ds simply with 2gb, for my friend. how much does the shipping cost, and how long would it take to arrive to my house.
Anyone had any luck in canceling an order when selecting mailing a check/money order as an option. I ordered an M3 simply that way but want to upgrade the item to the platinum combo. to cancel an order, go to submit a ticket and you should see a link at the bottom to cancel, or check the faq, it should be there, i believe. the address will be on the receipt you print out/save, nonstop is them, and i think it aslo mentions suite "some #s"-"some #s".
