    That shipped price is in the US using FEDEX with tracking. Included is the console, one wireless controller, component cables, powerbrick/cord and 20GB hard drive. If someone just wanted the console only, make me an offer. I'd be willing to split it up.
    For an extra $10, i'll include an HDMI cable.
    For an extra $15, i'll include an Official GTA 4 Custom Faceplate for Xbox 360.

    Does it have a 175w power supply (ie Falcon board) and do you have the box?

    Yes, it has the Falcon Mobo with extra heat sink and fan. It comes in the box, but the box is not in mint condition.
