modded xbox controller for pc

    I was wondering is there anyway to use the xbox live head set as like a mic for xfire.. any replys would be helpful

    does the mic plug fit into a standard mic jack?

    no I mean like connecting it in to the controller... when I do it reads it as a usb so is there some kind of softwere I can get that will allow me to do this?
