model-gadget.com problems and items not received

I have recently placed an order on this site on the 28/10/08 for a Nintendo DS 150 Games Bundle, now I had read that shipping would be 2-3 days after payment clearence. Now I had paid on that day via World Pay and had received an email that my order was pending,later in the day I had received another email saying it had been despatched, since then I have heard nothing back, and have left emails for tme to get back to me with a tracking code so I can chase this up with royal mail.

I know that its really busy around this time of year but I would have hoped someone had got back to me about this and eased my mind

Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone at their company to get this resolved?
