moding game cube

    ok i like to mod my game cube to play back ups
    first i rather buy a mod chip for it and a cover so i can play a full size disk

    is this possable i go £300 to my name to do this

    i dont want to like link to the pc etc to play a back up

    I got a XenoGC + case for about 40-45$US, That's like £25-30, so yes!

    work nice?
    does it allow a full size disk

    if so weres a good online shop?

    Works great, as long as you use high quality DVDs (Ritek DVDs are the best IMO).
    And the replacement case (top only) makes it so you can use full size DVDs.
    I got mine from modingmaniacs.com because I'm in Canada.
    They have a good deal on a XenoGC/Case/Screwdriver combo.

    You may want to order from somewhere closer to you to save on shipping... just use google to find more vendors.

    I think I bought all my stuff from xbox-modchips.com, got the viper case, (thats all they had back then, you have choices now), and a qoob pro. I paid less than $80 USD for everything and got the little gamebit to open the qoob. Good luck with your installation!

    On another note, the mini-dvd's are a lot cheaper than they were, so you could just buy those and retain the original case for a more stealth-look, but it doesn't matter either way. It probably is easier to use the same media for everything.

    i would get the mini dvds but all the shop's near me dont sell them which is very anoying most of them dont even sell dvd+r

    does any one know a uk online store that sell these im all out of luck in finding one and please only tell me the link if you have had bought something from them before (so i know if there real or fake)

    Oh sorry man, I am in the US, we have all kinds of media and plentyful suppliers of all things modding. I am sure you can find somewhere though, good luck!
