moh allied assult ex pan packs

hi ive got moh allied assult english ver installed on my pc but when i try to install breakthrough or spearhead it goes to install patch ver update for eng or us only but then i get a message saying could not find allied assult uk or us version installed on your computer set up will now exit even though ive played this allied assult is there any way i can install it manually or any other way thanx
