monitor blinking on and off!

    I have a gateway fpd1775w tft lcd monitor and out of nowhere it just started to blink off and on. I unplugged everything for awhile and nothing. Tried a new video cable and nothing. So i hooked up my old monitor and it works so im guessing something is wrong with my new monitor that ive had less than a year. Why does it do this for?

    It's faulty I'm afraid. Pure and simple, if it's less than a year old it'll be under warranty.
