Hey guys, I'm having trouble with my PC monitor going dim on me all of the sudden! The monitor is a DCLCD that is about 2 years old now. When I first turn it on the monitor is extremely dim, I have adjusted the brightness and jiggled the cables without any success. The only good news is that the monitor regains it's brightness spontaneously just as it had lost it! Unfortunately it doesn't last long! If you have any idea what this could be I'd appreciate the help and Thanks as always!
I would say it's on it's last leg. It's a DC brand LCD? I've never heard of them. What kind of warranty do they offer?
The DCLCD are very popular at www.Tigerdirect.com and they usually have a 12 month labor & 12 month parts warranty on them. I'm not sure if it is warming up or "on it's last legs" as you said. Either way I gotta fix it or buy a new one!
