My dad is looking for a monitor that is at least around 20" that will allow him to hook up a security camera through vga and also have a TV tuner so he can hookup a satellite reciever, with coaxial or composite. i want to know know what a reasonable price to for this would be.

no...there is no computer. right now, he has an acer 17 inch monitor hooked up somehow( i think vga) through some avermedia terminal. he thne has a satelite terminal which he would also like to hook up to the monitor. would this be similar to what we sould be looking for?
