More benq problems, sort of

Well, I just did two benq flashes for the first time yesterday. 1 drive worked absolutely perfectly as according to the instructions and tutorials, the other drive after I hit Y to resend MTK just went on through with the read without me having to turn it on and off and such, and the same for erasing and flashing. Both of the drives still read normal games and play movies and even play burnt movies (I don't know if they could do that before or not) However, when I connect them to my computer to try to make backups of my games, windows does not recognize them. I'm very confused because in the bios, it says its there but when I go to windows theres nothing in my computer and even on the system menu from control panel theres nothing there. Anyone help?
