I've been trying everything to get the key from my lite-on. I just keep getting the typical bad serial errors, etc. Well, recently, while testing my probe in hyperterminal my computer crashed and would not start (something about missing dll and disk errors). I reformatted and tried again...crashed again while in hyperterminal...so I reformatted a 2nd time. Now, with a fresh install of windows and portIO32, etc, I'm still having problems. This time, in both JF and XtractorReader, the computer shuts down by itself as soon as I hit the get key button. I'm not doing anything different then before...I'm lost. This drive just does not want to be flashed...any ideas?
It's onboard sata...A8N-SLI Deluxe. It picks up the 360 in all the different programs. If it's reading it could it still be the problem?
