I'm currently building a new pc for video editing. but....i dont have the cash to get all the goods that i want. so im going to have to settle for less right now. but i want to do it it smart, i want to geta good mobo, but i was wondering if a DDR2 memory will work on a ddr3 memory motherboard?? anyone know. i know...maybe a dumb question but ive been out of the game for a while.
Indeed, you can't put DDR2 in a DDR3 board unless it also has DDR2 slots. I'm not really sure what the problem is here though, DDR3 is cheaper than DDR2 now in many cases.
