Motherboard & RAM query

    Hi, a friend has an ATI A3-M1535D motherboard and one stick of PC2100 RAM which CPU-Z reports to be running at 133MHz and not 266MHz - anyone have any idea why?

    133mhz is the frequency of PC2100. CPU-Z is showing correct. 133x2=266.
