Motherboards

    Will any motherboard fit any computer and if so, how would i go about moving my current processor to the motherboard?

    The motherboard type is specific to the processer type and speed you will need to identify your cpu and search for a board that will suit

    also an atx board won't fit into a micro-atx case as the atx board is too big for the case.

    how can i find how many pin thingys are on my processor?

    what cpu do you have?? also what is the make & model# of the motherboard or computer you have now?

    I think i've solved the processor compatible motherboard buy just going to newegg and looking under the pentium 4 compatible, but now i'm having problems finding... case which is in another thread so i'm not gonna ask about it here
