moto razr v3 is directed to hands free option plz help

    whenever i press any button ......it is directed to hands free option
    what could be the problem

    has your phone ever fallen in water, or some sorta liquid spilt on it? Sounds like either the ribbon on the LCD is shorting out OR the MAIN RIBBON is shorting out somehow

    Carry it to a nearby cellphone repair shop to get them look at it...
