Ive been told that US Cellular uses different phones tha other companies so the modding instructions are different.

Well, like the subject line says, I have a Moto SLVR L7c from US Cellular. I have no idea how to install games onto the phone--or even install Java for that matter.

Im looking for a guid that would fit this--any help would be good.

I just picked up a us cellular slvr L7c today and am trying to figure out how to load video from my PC on the phone. I converted to video to 3gpp and tried 3gpp2, after i dragged and dropped the converted video file into the microsd card on the phone, i can see the video file on windows explorer, but the phone doesnt show any new video file. anybody know how to successfully transfer video files on us cellular motorolla slvr's?

Have you formated the memory card right?
(format it with the phone then with the computer)
You should open the memory card and see 2 files:
    "mobile" and "motorola".

heres the file path for videos:
    memory card>>motorola>>shared>>video

when you go into the phone, go to videos>>options>>switch storage device>>memorycard T-flash
