I have a Motorola DC-2000 cable box that when I plug it in it reads, E 11 and won't do anything else. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do or do I need to return it to the cable compnay?
That is some type of error, but don't know exactly what it means. Call the cable company. If it's something you can do, they'll walk you through it. Otherwise, they'll tell you to take it in for exchange, or they'll send somebody over to exchange it. Good luck!
