I just got a Motorola KRZRkim. I have a usb cable that will hook my cell phone up to my computer, but I do not have any software. I've been searching online for the software I need. My phone manual said I need a motorola datakit/phonetool, but everytime I download a torrent of that software, it won't connect to my phone, and I've made sure the cable is put in the right place and everything. If anyone has an idea of what I may be doing wrong, or what might just be the correct software for my phone, PLEASE let me know. Thank You.
Update your MPT to the latest version, at least 4.0 or greater. Try downloading the Motorola USB drivers from here Make sure the USB is plugged directly into the computer, not daisey chained to a USB hub. If this doesn't help, let me know.
