Motorola Mobile PhoneTool - Mobile Explorer Help

    I downloaded the 1.23 version and did the live update to the 3.19 version. I can get my phone to initialize, but when I go into Multimedia and try to download ringtones to the phone, it gives me "Processing Failed" error message. I'm not sure what to do next.

    I just want to be able to download ringtones on this phone, HELP!

    I am using Windows XP, V600, USB Cable.

    UPDATE your MPT & try to it again.
