motorola Phone tools cant do the live update

    Soory guys iknow you answers all the questions and you may be very bored. but i dowloaded the MPT 1.23 the 2.x and the 3.11 it recognoze the phone a e380 but when i do the live update dowloads more of the files but it stops when finishing the file of 18 mb it doest star the other file and i dont know what to do o i will really apreciate any help.

    thats happens to me before but i just wait till the next week and it worked, thats probably the pressure on the server, i dont know....
