motorola ringtones not working HELP??

    When someone calls, my phone dont ring.The volume is turned all the way up.I have it on vibrate and ring but it only vibrates.When i had it n only ring it does nothing.I have tried differnt ringtones but none work.

    Can anyone help me with this???

    Do the keytones work?
    Have you messed around with p2k software?
    Do you have a USB cable?
