motorola V3 file backups???

Okay all...I know it is the most important thing to do, and I did do it...but My computer crashed and now I need to get the backup files for my Motorola V3...I was having absolutley no problems until last night...When i went to add a number into my phone and set a ring tone to it...there was no window that came up to allow me to do so...if anyone has a link to or has the files and can email them to me I would greatly appreciate it...You can PM me and I will give you my email...I feel like such an idiot...if it is possible to get these files again...there is no doubt in my mind they will be burned to a disc. Thank you all in advance...I am greatful for any help i can get...The only things that i should need is the picture files...I think all of them...But I will take what I can get...Thank You all very much..
